We're currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the business. The position will be a temporary to permanent opportunity. We are looking for a candidate who has at le
ast four years' experience in a full-function role, excellent communication skills who can adjust easily to a dynamic team environment and work autonomously.

The Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager the role will be tasked with the following:
  • Full-function Accounts Payable;
  • Processing, coding and matching of supplier invoices to PO's;
  • Making daily / weekly EFT payment runs;
  • Payroll, payroll tax, PAYG, Superannuation, Leave register
  • BAS/GST statement
  • Preparing month-end general ledger reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation on monthly basis
  • Fixed Asset register handling
  • Report request from Vendors
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested by management
To be successful for this role you must be able to display the following:
  • At least four years' experience in a full function AP role;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Experience in using ERP systems - SAP will be advantage
  • A strong attention to detail is essential;
  • Ability to priorities tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills; and
  • Be a strong team player.
