I am currently seeking experienced Sous Chefs and Chef de Partie's who are currently looking at joining a leading, premium Hospitality Group in Sydney that have a large number of highly reputable Hotel Pub establishments under there impressive portfolio in Sydney.

Current Chef Positions Available  :
  • Sous Chefs x 2
  • Chef de Partie x 2
  • ** Experience in Wood Fire Pizza would be advantageous but not essential **
Skills and Experience Required :
  • Work experience to date in Hotel Pubs, Restaurant and Bar- Ala Carte' and Bistro
  • Creative Flair
  • Have a  very strong passion for food
  • Be a career driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Have the ability to work well in a busy, fast paced environment
  • Experience in Wood Fire Pizza would be an added bonus but not essential
