East Kimberley Job Pathways (EKJP) is a not-for-profit Indigenous owned enterprise created through a partnership of two well respected organisations – Wunan Foundation and East Kimberley CDEP Pty Ltd.  EKJP has been established to deliver the Federal Government's Community Development Programme ("CDP") (formerly known as Remote Jobs & Communities Programme or "RJCP"), across the East Kimberley and Halls Creek/Tjura
balan Regions.

Operations Manager Position
Forming part of the Executive Management Team, the Operations Manager is integral to the high performance of the Community Development Programme ("CDP") through accountability for operational management of the programme.

Crucial to the role is the ability to:
  • Think and plan strategically in conjunction with the Executive Management Team to achieve organisational objectives;
  • Manage and develop teams of culturally diverse staff inclusive of Case Management and Employer Engagement teams; and
  • Be accountable for the business operations of the Community Development Programme in line with budgets, service delivery plans and performance frameworks.

Pivotal to the role is an ability to travel throughout the Region in order to develop staff and contribute to implementation of strategic initiatives as devised by the Executive Management Team.
