For our commercial warewashing division we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Victoria to join our highly motivated team.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of existing accounts and expand market share through strong prospecting and introduction of new clients.
  • Work autonomously with self-motivation, persistence and a focus on attaining results.
  • Foodservice and commercial warewashing experience is absolutely essential.
  • Technical expertise and product knowledge is important.
  • Ability to analyse the marketplace and create strategies to grow business in assigned territory across a range of sales channels.
  • Be able to achieve targets and objectives in both areas of revenue and profitability.
  • Project Sales and account management skills.
  • Regular and accurate reporting to the National Sales Manager including forecasting, budgeting and project tracking.
  • Strong experience, confidence and proficiency in negotiating with contractors, builders, and distributors is essential.
  • Experience in working with Foodservice Consultants and Designers.
