The role
As the Sales & Marketing Manager your days will be fast paced and varied. Some of your key responsibilities will inclu
de:
• Selling Serviced Offices & Virtual Solutions to Clients
• Marketing through Traditional, Digital & Direct Channels
• Ensuring Client Retention through the Provision of First Class service
• Organising & Attending Events
• Operations & Process Improvement

Skills & experience
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in serviced offices. You may be working for a competitor and wanting to work for a market leader that offers a great working environment for their team. To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
• Previous Experience Working in Serviced Offices
• A Proven Track Record in Sales
• A Likeable Personality with Strong Communication Skills
• High Levels of Motivation with the Determination to Succeed
• A Commitment to Receive Further Training & Development
