The Role
This role will see you responsible for managing an existing sales team as well as attracting and recruiting the best Sales Agent's with the end goal being growth in the revenues of the sales department in line with the company's targets. Some your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage, Mentor & Support the Existing Sales Team
• Setting and Monitoring KPI's for Sales Team
• Conduct Weekly 1-1's with Sales Team
• Devise & Facilitate Training Sessions
• Recruitment of New Sales People

Skills & Experience
You will ideally have previous experience in a Sales Manager capacity or as a Senior Sales Agent/ Consultant ideally within the Real Estate or Property Industry however sales experience in another industry will be considered. You will be inspirational & focused on excellence & have the ability to drive team performance. It will also be important that you are able to adapt quickly to new surroundings and be able to identify top talent in the local market place.
You will also ideally have:
• Experience in developing & driving a sales team
• Strong Reporting Skills
• Excellent Communication, Influencing & Presentation Skills
• A Strong Team Player who is Results Focused
The successful candidate may be an ex real estate agency owner or a Sales Manager in another industry wanting to work with the best.
