WHAT THE POSITION ENTAILS

Due to exciting growth of the company, our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager who is ready to fast track their Property Management career. As an Assistant PM, you will be handling the in house duties including, but not limited to, the following:
  • General tenant enquiries 
  • Database management
  • Arrangements for upcoming inspections
  • Preparation of PCR's and lease documentation
  • Filing & archiving
  • Key register maintenance
  • General Assistance to Property Management department and Reception duties where required
  • Assistance throughout EOM processes where required. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role you will ideally have experience in an Assistant Property Management role. You will possess your Property Manager's Registration, competent computer skills with experience using REST software a bonus, be immaculately presented and confident in your communication skills. This is a great opportunity to establish a dynamic real estate career with a successful company that offers long term career development and growth and treats you like a family member, not just a number!
