The Role
This role is a pivotal role in the growth strategy of the company and will be managing a national territory within our IT practice. The role will see you becoming a trusted advisor to your clients as your depth of market knowledge grows through sourcing and securing the country's best sales talent for some of the world's most renowned brands within the software vendor and IT service provider market.
You will be delivering the best possible outcomes to your clients and candidates through both our "Managed Recruitment Project" service and our "Contingent Recruitment Service". Full support and training using some of the industry's best technology tools and methodologies will see you achieve networks of talented sales professionals from which to source the best people from within the information technology sector for your clients.

You will be curious and want to know more, able to hold a commercial conversation with intuitive questioning and highly developed written communication skills. Business to business sales experience or recruitment experience is essential; you may have a background in information technology/IT, software, events, telecommunications, professional services, recruitment, financial services, media advertising, real estate or property.
