Temporary Part Time 22.8 hours a week (Maternity Leave Replacement)
A rewarding opportunity currently exists within Latrobe City Council for an experienced Administration Officer to provide confidential,
courteous and efficient administrative support to the Governance team as a part time Council Operations Administration Officer.
This is a challenging and diverse role requiring liaison with Councillors, community groups, solicitors, contractors and Latrobe City Council employees.

Working within the Corporate Services D
ivision, you will primarily prepare Council agendas and minutes and support these processes in the organisation. You will also be required to maintain public registers and provide a high standard of administrative support to the team.

To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who has excellent organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. You will pride yourself on providing excellent customer service.
