Our client, located in Gordon, has an amazing opportunity for a superb Customer Service/Admin Coordinator to join their small and very friendly team.

Role:

The key purpose in this role is to assist with all customer requirements ensuring that processes and procedures are carried out to the highest of standards.
This is NOT a sales role; NOT a call centre role it is purely customer service and administration coordination!
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a variety of customer support requirements
  • Accurately update the systems
  • Attendance at weekly meetings 
  • Attendance at industry functions, events and conferences
  • Handle all payments and registration
  • Processing all receipts
  • Coordination of all preparation packs
  • Other ad hoc admin and sales support as required in the role
Requirements and skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales support role
  • High level of communication skills - written and verbal across the board - essential
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic with pleasant telephone manner
  • MS Office skills
  • Online social media skills - highly regarded
  • Previous events or marketing experience - highly regarded
