The Personal Assistant to the Hospital Operations Manager plays an integral role in supporting the Hospital Operations Manager (HOM) and the hospital's senior team to create a workforce and a workplace that is second to none. It is a demanding role that requires the successful applicant to show considerable initiative and willingness to be part of a flexible team.
The successful candidate will:
·         Have previous experience working at a senior level, preferably in a similar role in a tertiary environment
·         Have excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and packages
·         Possess customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with members of the hospital
·         Show initiative and be able to contribute to team meetings with confidence
·         Be able to work in both individual and team capacities, looking to support the broader team
·         Be willing to have fun while performing at a demanding pace
·         Have experience managing/editing websites (Desirable, not essential)
