We are looking for  experienced and dedicated Centre Directors with a clear passion for working with children for an immediate position!

The centre is run by a highly supportive m
anagement team who are seeking the perfect Manager to engage closely with staff, children and their families. 

The centre is viewed as a close-knit community and the suitable applicant will bring a positive, caring and nurturing attitude to community. 

This learning environment is one which immediately feels comfortable and homely. Children, families and staff are greeted warmly by management and the aesthetics of the centre reflect the strong focus on presenting each child with valuable and fun learning experiences 

This position is a “none” teaching role and requires someone with a proven background in turning a centre into a top performing place. 

To be successful in this role you will need the following: 

  • Must hold at least a Diploma/Degree in Education 
  • 3 year min experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager 
  • Have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework 
  • Excellent communication and time management skills 
  • Proven management skills, confidence and ability to lead an effective team of 10 educators
