An exceptional opportunity for a Recruitment professional to join a dynamic, growing and professional medium size organisation in Marrickville. This position works in a fast paced environment and will be responsible for all company recruitment needs. You will be liaising at all levels and working closely with the human resources manager
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:
·  Managing end to end recruitment including advertising, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, shortlisting, conducting intervi
ews and coordinating the pre-employment process in conjunction with the human resources manager
·  Facilitate new employee on-boarding including drafting employment contracts and delivering inductions
·  Schedule employee probationary reviews for the direct manager and human resources manager
·  Coordinate employee performance appraisals
·  Provide employees general advice and guidance on conditions of employment, company policy and procedures and other HR matters
·  In conjunction with the human resources manager, provide advice to key stakeholders on employee performance and development
·  Driving employee engagement activities across the organisation
·  Assist with update and review of HR policy and documentation as required
·  Provide HR systems and processes support to employees and managers
·  Providing HR reports as required
·  Support the human resources manager with other projects and people related initiatives and activities
What we are looking for:    
  • ·Proven demonstrated experience in a similar recruitment/HR role
  • ·Sound understanding of current employment legislation and best practice programs in employee attraction and recruitment
  •  Solid understanding of awards and interpretation
  • ·Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills 
  •  Excellent organisational and administrative skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • ·A great communicator experienced within a diverse workforce
  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry would be highly regarded
  • Strong written communication skills and demonstrated ability to produce reports and correspondence
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and a resilient nature
