The Enrolments and Fees Office in Student Administration and Planning requires an enthusiastic and organised person.
Operating under general direction of the Manager, Student Centre, the Enrolments and Fees Officer will assist with the administration of the University’s enrolment and fee processes, including the Student Services and Administration Fee (SSAF), along with the administration of SA-HELP, HECS-HELP and FEE-HELP for undergraduate and post graduate students. This will involve providing accurate advice on the SSAF, enrolment and fee matters, undertaking HELP and course fees determinations and payments and validating and maintaining records.
The successful candidate will have:

  • Highly developed organisational skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • The ability to work in, and contribute to a team environment;
  • The ability to develop/maintain stakeholder relationships; and
  • Good knowledge of excel.
  • Experience in the tertiary sector is desirable
Please note: Recreation leave is unlikely to be approved during February-April and August-September.
