15-20hours per week

At After The Bell we are a Australian wide service providing high quality care to the Outside School Hours Care industry.

About The Role
The objective of this position is to Co-ordinate rostering, recruitment and employee inductions on a daily/weekly basis.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and time management skills who can demonstrate prior experience in recruitment and staff rostering. The successful applicant must have highly proficient computer skills; have the willingness to lean new software and ensure that they are aligned to the business strategy and deliver key competitive advantage to the business and our employees.
It is required that the successful candidate has the ability, knowledge and experience in-
  • Roster the part time, full time and casual employees across all our services on a daily basis
  • Recruitment for the company needs and use best tool practices.
  • Ensure all new employees are effectively inducted to the business and setup for success.
  • Build relationships with external bodies for the benefit of the business
  • Manage and maintain the training and development of all employees and their employee records.
  • Encourage innovation in all employees.
What we are looking for…
  • Demonstrated experience as a Staffing Coordinator or HR Administrator. 
  • Competency in information systems for Human Resources, Learning and Development, Recruitment and Rostering.  Competency in the Microsoft suite and database systems.
  • Knowledge of the Education/Child Care Sector and the recruitment needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, apply skills and problem solve with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Ability to be diplomatic and have strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a timeframe targets
  • High ability to solve rostering issues within small timeframes.
  • Some interstate travel will be required
