Are you an exceptional Aged Care Manager and offer:-
  • Strong leadership skills that build successful teams and provide exceptional standards of care.
  • Well balanced clinical skills (RN Div 1).
  • The ability to recognise talent and provide the necessary framework and encouragement to enable staff to reach their potential.
  • A strong understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and are able to maximise revenue streams within ethical guidelines.
  • Proven business knowledge and prudent financial acumen that enables your environment to deliver positive performance outcomes.
  • Offer a successful and track record of delivering accreditation compliance on a consistent basis
  • Current national police clearance or in the process of acquiring.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with APHRA.
  • Residency and permission to work in Australia.
Presently, we require Residential Care / Facility Managers / Directors of Nursing to deliver best practice within the field of residential aged care. The successful applicants will be highly experienced in aged care management and be able to effectively motivate the workforce to achieve the designated performance targets within a professional and viable business model.
