Based in Cleveland we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Receptionist/Administration Assistant.
The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager:
·        First point of contact for walk in clients.
·        Handling all day to day phone enquiries. (customer and team)
·        Entering client details via simPRO.
·        Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
·        Organising parcel and pallet deliveries to clients.
·        Administrative support to the team.
·        Month End Processing and Reporting.
·        Maintain an effective follow-up system in regards to customer enquiries.
·        Filing
·        Other ad hoc duties
Your Profile:
The successful candidate will enjoy dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds on a daily basis and delivering exceptional client service.  Previous use of simPRO is advantageous but not essential. This is a strong team environment where each member supports each other and assists where needed to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.  May be suited for a recent school graduate.

Hours of Work and Remuneration:
This position is full time - 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.
