Our client is a well established builder of quality and innovative residential designs.  They provide a range of services including luxury custom designs, house and land packages, knock down and rebuild. 
Reporting to the Managing Director, you wi
ll play an integral role in the preparation and maintenance of project files, contract preparation and presentation, ensuring construction workflows are being adhered to, liaising with clients and suppliers, and general administration relating to the construction process.
To be successful you will have experience in a similar role, where you have gained the knowledge of residential building administration processes and have a proven track record of delivering quality customer service within a Sydney based home building company.  
Naturally, you will be helpful by nature, a great communicator, have well-honed project management skills (highly organised), be able to think on your feet and juggle multiple tasks concurrently.
