We are looking for a motivated and committed Director.  This centre is a family owned business that is dedicated to running a High Quality Centre where staff, children and families feel at home.  This centre is a 75 place long day care centre. This is a role for someone who is keen to make a positive impact in the daily lives of children, families and educators. You will have the support of Management to ensure high quality outcomes for the centre. 
Key Selection Criteria

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Centre Director
  • Background or knowledge in Business Management
  • Sound Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  •  Understanding of QikKids software and Microsoft products
  • Experience in leading a team and building strong team morale
  • Strong organisational skills and effective time management skills
  • Success in establishing and maintaining positive parent and staff relationship
       Required Qualifications & Desired Skills
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood.
  • Current  Blue Card, First Aid Certificate and Asthma, Anaphylaxis Certificate
  • Certified Supervisors Certificate
  • Great personality with a professional manner and appearance
  • Be Innovative, creative and motivated
  •  A sense of fun
  •  A desire to have work/life balance
  •  Commitment to a long-term role
