Our client is seeking experienced retail or customer service supervisors, assistant managers and store managers who want a long term career in retail to work in their network of corporate stores in Sydney.
To be successful you need to have supervisory and management experience. Also, you must have worked in face to face retail or customer service positions and have great communication and customer service skills. You need to be flexible and adaptable, and also work comfort
ably in a structured corporate work environment. Some weekend and afternoon shift work will be required.
In these positions you will have a varied and busy role serving customers, merchandising, ordering, handling back office tasks, recruiting and training staff, looking after OH&S in the store, and other retail management responsibilities. Store Managers are also part of a team that support broader state operations requirements and from time to time may be allocated to assist in other field support roles.   
These retail management positions represent a great long term career opportunity and are a potential pathway to other roles within a large retail business.
To be considered for these roles you must:
  • Be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
  • Be willing to complete a criminal history check
  • Have your own transport
  • Be flexible in hours and location, and available for weekend or afternoon shifts at times.
