The company
Our client is heavily entrenched in the commercial new build and fit out market with scores of repeat clients who continue to keep them very busy. Because of this they require the services of numerous contract administrators, senior contract administrators and contract managers to join t

Your responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of contract administrators
  • Sub contract/supplier procurement, negotiation, award and letting of contract documents
  • Attend site meetings, liaise and work closely with the Site Managers, Project Manager & Operations Manager
  • Review and assess supplier invoices and sub contractor progress claims for payment
  • Assess and process variations, EOTs and RFIs
  • Prepare final accounts in combination with the PM
Your requirements:
  • Tertiary qualified with a Diploma of Construction, Builders Registration or a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience with a commercial building company
  • Motivated, passionate and team orientated individual
  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring small to medium sized teams
  • A valid working visa is essential and local experience is preferred
Salary band for this role ranges from $140k - $180k with flexibility in the total package. This is a company that you can build a long term career with and grow through the business.
