cility is seeking for experienced and dedicated Care Service Employees to join their dynamic team in Singleton.

We want care workers who are passionate, genuine and committed to providing exceptional care.  You will work collaboratively as a care team member to deliver a person-centred care that enhances the residents well-being and is inclusive of their physical, ychological, social and spiritual qualities, in order to facilitate self-determination, capacity and resilience, as well as improve social engagement and quality of life for the resident and toincorporates the delivery of personal hygiene, nutrition and hydration, continence care and leisure and lifestyle activities.

Our people make us the industry leader we are.  To succeed in this role you will meet all of the other essential criteria below. 

•  Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualifications.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in Aged Care Nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with aged persons, relatives and other health professionals.
• Knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and risk management practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment or indepently.
• Ability to be proactive, flexible and take initiative in the work environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable Criteria
• Current First Aid Certificate
• An awareness of the Aged Care Accreditation Process.
• Previous experience in aged care/personal care work.
