Our long day care Centre is a market leader in the early childhood education sector. We are a well-established, 90 place, 0-5 year old community based, not for profit Centre.
What we offer
We value our staff and their input, and work to creative a positive workplace culture.  Funding for professional development is available, and we also provide a Reward and Recognition Policy.  Paid non-contact time is included and monthly staff meetings are also paid. Breaks
during the day are covered by the Centre's float staff, and meals are provided for all staff, by our qualified chef. A closure period occurs over Christmas and New Year.

Selection Criteria
1). Child Focused dedication to high quality care and education
2). Solid understanding of programming and planning process, EYLF, QKLG and NQF.
3). Demonstrated emotional and social intelligence.
4). Ability to lead self and others.
5). Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and problem solve.
6). High level communication skills.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold:
  • ACEQA recognized degree, such as a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) 
  • Current registration as a teacher
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid and CPR Certificates, Asthma and anaphylaxis Certificates required.
  • Certified Supervisor, and Child Protection training also preferred.
