Northside Audiology ,Medical Receptionist - Audiology Jobs in Australia



Northside Audiology is a busy, modern, diagnostic clinic providing hearing services for all ages in a friendly and caring atmosphere. The clinic is under the directorship of 3 specialist doctors, and our referrals come from a large number of doctors on the North Shore.
Key factors in the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Full time or Part time with some flexibility in working hours
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Patient data entry, processing payments and receipting
  • Liaising with contracted Nursing homes
  • Processing Medicare payments
  • Managing the Office of Hearing Services (OHS) administration
The successful candidate will need excellent communication and customer care skills and at least three years previous experience in a similar role. You will be organised, self-motivated, have good computer skills and be able to work in both a small team and independently. Whilst training will be given in relevant aspects of Audiology reception, previous experience in an Audiology clinic would be an advantage as well as a good working knowledge of computer systems such as MYOB.
