Your team
The PDS Management team within Products and Investments (P&I) is responsible for managing the production & due diligence process for all offer documents and forms for which Colonial First State is either the Responsible Entity or Superannuation Trustee, including documents for our alliance partners.

The team is responsible for all aspects of the offer document process including:
  • Supporting the existing product range
  • Providing technical and product information to other areas of the business
  • Collaborating on product initiatives across Wealth Management and Commonwealth Bank Group.

Your impact & contribution
This is a product manager position in the PDS team in the Platform team within Product & Investments.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Senior Product Manager PDS to ensure that our PDS and supporting material is compliant, customer centric and is produced in an efficient and effective manner.

What will success look like?
  • Day to day project management of the PDS process for the CFS range of products
  • To work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that all matters raised are dealt with and drive the management of stakeholder meetings where necessary
  • Keep all forms up to date and in line with changes made during the PDS process
  • Constant development & refinement of the PDS production process in line with legislative changes
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes and consider and interpret the implications for disclosure for CFS products.

What will help me succeed?
  • Strong experience in financial services
  • Good knowledge of Colonial First State products, systems and business
  • Working knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations governing the process
  • Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders (i.e. ability to lead, negotiate and work within a team culture)
  • Technical knowledge relevant to superannuation and investments industry (i.e. legal, tax, product and financial concepts)
