We are currently seeking an Office Manager for our Wollongong Office.  You will provide a broad range of offerings for the local community including civil, structural, mechanical and environmental services. This "hands on" practice management role includes responsibilities for the continued growth of our Wollongong office, development of our talented and enthusiastic team and the continued, commercially successful delivery of projects for our clients.

The successful candidate will be a senior and seasoned professional with substantial professional experience and knowledge in the delivery of projects.

Primary functions of the role include:

  • Business development and marketing of GHD in the local community
  • Continuing to build the GHD brand in the area
  • Leading and developing the existing successful team
  • Managing the day to day functions of the office
  • Supporting the group to achieve successful project delivery and working to meet key performance indicators for safety and financial targets
  • Coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure effective project delivery
  • Proactively seeking out opportunities, preparing proposals, developing pursuit strategies and managing the bid process
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with existing and new clients.
