Linked Training is Australia's leading provider of training for the Records and Information Management industry.  We deliver qualifications, eLearning and instructor-led training to industry professionals and end users of recordkeeping technology.  Our clients are predominantly Federal, State and Local Government organisations, ranging in size from 50 to 50,000 staff.
We are seeking a person to fill a full time role as Accounts Project Manager.  The role will report directly to the Managing Director, and lead a small team of skilled and knowledgeable sales consultants. Your role will be supported by instructional designers, eLearning developers and the m
arketing team.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
  • Experience in achieving positive Client Relationship Management outcomes
  • Initiative and excellent problem solving skills
  • Achievement of outcomes through planned written and verbal communication
  • Excellence in planning and managing project components within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Harnessing the skills and knowledge of subject matter experts to provide solutions
  • Business acumen, financial management capability and use of accounting software
  • The capacity to manage a diverse range of projects at the same time
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, and understanding of database system
Your day to day duties will include:
  • Managing a team to achieve high performance in sales and delivery
  • Liaising with partners and major clients on service delivery and project management
  • Responding to tenders and major quotations
  • Developing and managing project plans, resourcing and delivery
  • Implementing CRM technologies for varying processes
  • Exhibiting leadership and good communication skills to maintain a cohesive and productive workplace
  • Managing contracts and accounts
You will input to company growth by:
  • Strengthening partner and client relationships
  • Identifying and managing projects for new business opportunities
  • Identifying improvements in business process and marketing opportunities
