Opportunity to join a well established team offering unique dining experience(s) in Sydney.
Head Chef will be responsible for menu creation  with accordance to owner's directive.
Head chef will be responsible for staffing activities such as rostering, scheduling, training and kitchen labour costs.
Head chef will be responsible for managing a
nd maintaining food costs and expenditure for kitchen to the owner's directive.
Head chef will be responsible for enhancing positive communications with front of house team, management and owners from the kitchen operation.
Head Chef must be qualified in commercial cookery, with broad culinary knowledge. 
Head Chef must also be HACCAP trained/qualified and must have food safety supervisor certificate and First Aid.
The Head Chef role is of a critical nature to our growing businesses and can have financial remuneration.
Head Chef role will have a 3-month probationary period. The role will entail quarterly performance reviews. The role will require Head Chef to meet owner KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
