Dental Receptionist/Patient Co-ordinator Jobs in Australia

You must have Dental Assistant experience to apply for this role, with a minimum 5 years experience in the dental industry.
Your role will be comprised of general front desk responsibilities, including:
•    Meeting and greeting patient
•    Management of appointment books and accounts
•    Managing several phone lines
•    Liaising with patients and practitioners
•    Data entry and mailing tasks
•    Treatment planning and co-ordination
•    KPI reports
The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
•    Excellent communication skills
•    A high level of initiative and motivation
•    A drive to learn and flourish
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys working in the healthcare industry, but would like to grow as an individual and take on new, exciting challenges in a growing practice. Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience, with bonuses upon meeting key KPIs.
