nd Design and can provide financial partnering through our Hong Kong Capital Raising Division.
World Group is a single solution company who identifies, plans, finances, develops and manages developments across the globe and we are seeking a self-motivated person with the following attributes, skills and capabilities; 
Development Analyst to support the Development Director at our office in Brookwater, QLD. 
For this role you will need to be a multi-tasking whiz, and genius in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, only the best skills in Excel will be accepted. 
You'll need an excellent knowledge of Development and some Acquisition Analytics as you will be responsible for a broad range of development reviews and proposals, including;
  • Development Applications
  • Feasibilities
  • Development Analytics for Marketing Support
  • Acquisition and JV Proposals
  • Operational Business Plans
To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly organised analytical person with strong people skills. Your attention to detail will complement your ability to anticipate issues, find solutions, and make improvements.
This is a challenging and exciting role involving multiple development and acquisition projects in the UK, Middle East, Asia and Australia as well as integrating operations and reporting lines in conjunction with our International and Australian offices.
You must possess proven experience within a similar role and have relevant tertiary qualifications.  
Job Specifics:
  • Position: 40 hours plus per week 
  • Experience: Graduate with 2 to 5 years' experience in similar role 
  • Salary Range: $48,000 to $60,000 pa (gross)
Note: as a contractor/consultant you will be required to perform and record duties across both an Australian group of projects as well as internationally
  • Non-Contact Period: 4 weeks per year (maximum 20 days)
  • Incentive: 1 month salary minimum and up to 3 months maximum per year
