Objectively - To provide counselling services, to the  resort, promote  campaigns for health and well being.  While supporting  the aims and objectives of the resort. Essentially being a  instrumental  part of   the  HR  team, while dealing with relevant outside parties.  
  
Essentially offering a relevant proven background  regarding counselling in the areas Indigenous, mental health substance abuse, critical incidents and general  issues associated with working and living  remote.
