Personal Assistant Jobs in Australia

A Personal Assistant is required for this highly respected busy city insolvency practice. Located conveniently in the city centre, you would be working in a small and friendly team environment. As the Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Support the two partners and the professional staff
  • Assist with events, including the firm's marketing and training activities
  • Prepare correspondence and reports, including dictation
  • Manage support staff
  • Professionally manage calls
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Provide general office support (including for accounts' payable and IT)
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and personal qualities:
  • Be degree qualified
  • Understand the need for confidentiality and discretion
  • A strong work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word is essential
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound numerical skills
  • Be well presented
  • Be able to juggle priorities
Previous experience in a professional services firm will be highly regarded.
