You will be advising employees predominantly and building and developing the area into also advising employers across a broad range of industries including governm
ent, construction, resources, mining and mining services. Advising across all aspects of employment, workplace relations and industrial relations law, you can refine your legal skills in a supportive and nurturing environment, as well as mentoring and leading the team under the two partners' guidance.
To succeed in this role, you will be at Senior Associate level and have at least 5 years' or more post admission experience in employment, workplace and industrial relations law, a strong working knowledge of employment law legislation and compliance issues, excellent client relationship skills and the ability to mentor junior level lawyers, as well as build, develop and expand the existing client base.
