The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate and talented Executive Assistant to support our Security business in Australia. You will thrive in a busy and dynamic environment where you will partner with our  Managing Director and his leadership team to help execute a consistent and high level of administrative support on a day to day basis.You will be proactive and relish the opportunity to take on side projects and initiatives to support your growth and that of the business.  
The Key Responsibilities
·         Diary and e-mail management
·         Meeting coordination with internal and external parties
·         Extensive administration tasks including editing correspondence, reports, presentations and proof reading documents
·         Meeting support including,  agenda preparation, taking minutes, follow up and distribution
·         Database management ensuring all records are correct and up to date
·         Travel bookings
·         Invoices and expenses
·         Project administration
·         Event management
Required Experience
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record with a minimum of 5 years' experience at an Executive Assistant level. You will be extremely service orientated, organised and a very good communicator, ensuring nothing but the highest level of service is provided.
