The position available is in Reception/Administration and will involve dealing with a busy day to day schedule so confidence and excellent communication skills are essential. This role requires a person with a warm and friendly manner, a positive attitude and willingness to learn and tak
e on new tasks as required. The successful applicant will be required to co-ordinate and implement all aspects of advertising. You will also be required to attend to the completion of Sales files and correspondence with clients.
The successful applicant must have the ability to demonstrate the following criteria:

  • Ability to deal with a large workload and consistently meet deadlines and expectations
  • Strong ability to multi task
  • Mature approach with high motivation to succeed
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Professional and pleasant work manner
  • Strong MS Word, Office and Excel skills
  • Experience in Multi-Array and Rockend systems or alike
  • Experience in In-Design or Publisher and Photoshop programs preferred
  • Skilled experience with advanced printers and copiers
  • Able to work within a team environment in a harmonious way
  • Work without supervision
  • Have an aptitude for high quality outcomes and attention detail
Some of your duties and responsibilities include:
  • Answering and directing all phone calls
  • Ordering searches
  • Contract management
  • Receipting payments
  • Database management
  • Archiving
  • General reception duties
  • Greeting clients and directing them to managers
  • Managing print media, digital media, creating brochures, flyers, newsletters and other marketing material
  • Updating websites on a regular basis
  • Liaising with Sales agents, Property managers and Strata managers
  • Supporting the Managing Director
Prior Real Estate Marketing experience is essential. 
Flexibility is a must as the pace changes constantly and time frames for tasks can become urgent.
