Our client based in Richmond is searching for an experienced customer support office for a 3 month temporary assignment.
In this dynamic and diverse role, you would be providing support and ultimately ensuring deliverables are met at all times. You will need to have a high work ethic and be someone who takes complete ownership of this critical role
Reporting to the Support Manager, you will apply your past experience to complete the following duties:

  • Provide first, second and third level support for software across various specialist areas.
  • Take ownership of incidents to ensure they are reviewed and progressed in accordance with Service Level Targets and agreed processes.
  • Delivery service requests for customers, including the delivery of chargeable consultancy.
  • Monitor Service Level Targets, incidents allocations, incident status; including management of priorities.
  • Performing root cause analysis to determine incident resolution.
  • Document all actions and information for incidents and service requests as required, including contribution and manage of information repositories.
  • Working with stakeholder to ensure efficient and effective incident resolution is provided to customers.
As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong understanding of business and business procedures.
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
You must have excellent communication both written and verbal, a professional and mature approach to your work and an ability to work well both autonomously and in a team.
