As a leader in the Accounting & Financial Services industry, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our ever-growing, dynamic and vibrant team. This opportunity is for an ambitious and motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply previously developed account and client relationship management skills.
The role primarily involves:
  • Building and developing strategic relationship with key stakeholders at partner and CEO/GM levels
  • Acting as primary point-of-contact for the allocated client portfolio
  • Maintaining thorough knowledge of our products and services to deliver best outcome for clients
  • Reasonable amount of NSW/ACT state based travel required to attend client meetings and occasionally conferences and other events
  • Delivering outstanding level of customer service through excellent communication skills
  • Internal and external client reporting on timely basis
To be successful in securing this role you will have:
  • High attention to detail
  • Well developed communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office 
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of highly engaged account managers' team
  • At least 5 years of experience in account/client relationship management. Professional and financial services preferred but not essential
  • Current Australian driver's licence with own car
