Austek Play is a rapidly growing supplier of commercial playground equipment throughout QLD, NT and NSW. We are seeking a new full time member to join our QLD office. Our office is based in Capalaba and includes an off street car space.  You will be working with a
nd reporting directly to the managing Director. Your role is to assist in all general office activities and develop systems for our growing business.
Your main duties will include and you must be proficient in the following areas
  • Have excellent communication skills and Phone manner.
  • MYOB - Data entry
  • General Reception
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Publisher
  • Assist with collaboration of Tender Doc's
  • Develop marketing materials, newsletters, mail merges, etc.
  • Collaborate with Website developers and keep website info up to date
  • Manage Company Facebook Page
  • General filling
  • Track and Trace deliveries
  • Have the Ability to work Autonomously
  • Maintain and develop OH&S documentation.
  • Assist NSW office as required
  • Marketing assistance

A minimum of 2 years experience is required

Location: Capalaba
Hours: 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (Flexible)
Basis: Part time
