We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join the business to assist across key areas of reception and administration.
As the receptionist you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors as they come into the office, managing the meeting rooms, answer all incoming calls, coordinate all office related stock, update all office related rosters and lists, sort incoming and outgoing mail, be of direct assistance to the Finance and Administration team, as well as general administrative assistant to other teams across the organisation.
To be successful in this role it is essential to have previous experience in a reception, sound administration skills and be able to assist across all areas of the business. 
The ideal candidate will be pro-active, outgoing, well presented, and have strong communication skills.
