Digimob Australia,Admin & Customer Service Manager Jobs in Australia



Digimob has been fixing phones in Adelaide since 2001 and opened in Perth in 2015. We are the only authorised Samsung service centre in WA and SA and the place to repair devices. Our reception is hosted by Samsung Smart Tutors (to help customers get the most out of their devices) and customer service staff to book in our jobs. Our repair centre is managed by engineer technicians who love sinking their teeth into water damage, cracked screens and warranty repairs.
As our business is getting even busier, we are seek
ing an experienced Administration and Customer Service Manager with great multi-tasking abilities who can:
- Manage the office and the internal work flow
- Manage promotion in WA, and increase work sources
- Facilitate internal and stakeholder communications
- Assist in managing inventory
- Resolve customer disputes
- Answer customer enquiries via multi-channels
- Report to management on weekly basis
Applicants MUST have:
- Retail Experience, preferably in mobile phones and mobile devices
- Customer service experience
Not compulsory, but some basic technical expertise is favourable
We are happy to consider further, on the job, up-skilling opportunities.
We are looking to fill the position immediately, happy to consider Part-Time employment in the initial period.
