Your role
We are currently looking for student enrolment brokers to contribute towards our student enrolment growth. As an independent partner, you will represent Education Institute as you engage with potential students from diverse community groups or businesses. Your aim will be to recruit suitable students for the courses we train in by:
  • finding and contacting interested students
  • hosting external information sessions,
  • reviewing student applications for eligibility and suitability; and
  • collating application forms before referring them on to us.
You will be working independently, and given extensive training and continuous professional development so you can ably represent Education Institute to our potential students.
When you enter into a business partnership with us, you will be able to take control of your own remuneration goals as you share in our generous and competitive partner revenue model.
What you'll need to succeed
Our student enrolment brokers are ethical and share Education institutes' Human2Human values and beliefs. You will have a high level of motivation, be active in the community or business to business solution sales; enjoy supporting students by being able to clearly identify student needs and career goals and have access to potential students.
Essential Selection Criteria
  • Active links and strong relationship with community leaders/ groups as you move around to meet potential students
  • Previous brokerage experience or working with revenue share models or commission only based models
  • Advanced communication and client engagement skills
  • Attention to detail and able to follow compliance process/ requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong drive to succeed
  • Organised
  • Target driven; and able to work independently as well as within a team to reach organisational goals
  • Ability to follow policy and procedure
