Our students are in high demand.  We are regularly told they are some of the best that host organisations see on Vocational Placement.  
The person we are seeking is professional with high standards and a passion for training. The ideal candidate will have training experience and can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of recent work experience in Childcare.
Essential Criteria:
  • Current Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years recent and relevant industry experience
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • TAELLN411 - Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Passion to train and motivate others
  • Previous Training and Assessing Experience
  • Ability to deliver relevant and engaging training
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain upon offer)
  • Current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain upon offer)
  • Any other associated qualifications would be highly regarded
Desired Criteria:
  • Higher level qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Higher level qualifications in VET or Adult Education
