Integrated Services,Office Manager Jobs in Australia



We are an electrical contracting business working in the road infrastructure industry and are seeking a happy and motivated office manager with exceptional organisation skills.  We want someone who is a multitasker, problem solver, great communicator with proficient PC skills.  Experience with Microsoft Suite and MYOB is an advantage.  Must have some experience in a similar role. 
The role is multi-faceted and covers all things administrative.  Specifically your duties will include:

  • Office management – keep the office running
  • Maintain all documents and procedures and the training and compliance of them
  • Manage compliance with our Quality System and Health and Safety system
  • Accounts payable and receivable and financial reporting
  • Payroll
  • Manage human resources matters
  • Systems development to online platforms
Desirable skills/experience include:
  • Business administration experience
  • Exposure to Quality systems and Health and Safety systems
  • Accounts and basic book-keeping
  • A dedication to maintaining office organisation
