Based in Richmond we manage every aspect of our clients IT and communication needs, onsite or remotely. We are currently seeking a level 1 Technician to join a dedicated and energetic team of qualified Microsoft Technician. As a Level 1 Technician you will deliver remote technical support by phone to our company's clients. Above this, your role will also include general Windows Server, desktop support and management, Exchange and Firewall Administration, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, maintaining Active Directory and applying system updates.

Skills/Experience Required:
  • Current Microsoft Windows 7/8 certification
  • Minimum 1 year IT Service desk experience
  • Windows Server 2008 & 2012, SBS 2008 and 2011
  • Active Directory / Exchange Management experience
  • Network Administration (LAN/WAN)
  • CompTIA A+
  • Office Suite experience 2010/13/16 & 365
  • Exchange
  • Mac experience preferred
  • Experience with PowerShell
  • Azure exposure an advantage
  • ITIL V3 Certification and Avaya experience an advantage
