My client is a boutique financial pl
anner based in North Sydney.  What sets them apart is their supportive environment and flexible workplace.
They are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who is happy to "roll their sleeves up" and be involved in the business.
Your role will be interesting and varied including everything from being the Managing Director's "right hand person" to answering the phones.
Duties include:
  • Reception duties
  • Administration duties
  • Social media
  • Facilities management
  • Diary management of MD
  • Client liaison
  • Preparing financial applications and lodgments for clients
  • Running the office to ensure stationery and office equipment is in order
What we need from you:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an Administrator in a corporate environment
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English language).
This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, is flexible and has a positive attitude.
