Resort Clothing,Bookkeeper/Office Administrator (Immediate Start)Jobs in Australia



You will be responsible for the day to day data entry and financial reports, reporting directly to the Owner/Managing Director. Immediate start for a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator. We are located in Molendinar and the hours are 9 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday (these hours are flexible).
Responsibilities:
  • Day to day processing of accounts - with experience in processing journals between inter company files.
  • Daily maintenance of the cash flow & linked spread sheets
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Processing of weekly payroll approx 14 staff
  • Lodging of quarterly BAS & monthly IAS
  • Ordering of accessories, stationery for retail shops and Head Office
  • Liaise with external accountants for E.O.F matters
  • Liaise with 4 retail shops in relation to the daily trade figures and shop banking
Key Skills:
  • Positive and professional
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • Previous bookkeeping experience of 5 - 10 years
Computer skills/Requirements:
  • Proficient in MYOB a must
  • Proficient in Excel a must
  • Proficient in MS Office - Emails, Internet
  • Proficient in Point of Sale and manufacturing computer systems with the ability to learn quickly
  • MUST hold a current Police Certificate or be willing to obtain one on commencement
