Scope has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or Physiotherapist to lead and support our therapy team in Gippsland.

About the Role:
  • Provide therapy services to customers on a needs basis whilst building on people's strengths and developing sustainable long term solutions
  • Confidently provide mentoring, development and leadership to a team of 9-12 professionals in order to provide flexible services which meet the individual needs of the customer
  • Liaise with customers, family members and support networks to assist our clients to reach their individual outcomes and goals
  • In partnership with others, plan, implement and evaluate individual service plans that support achievement of agreed outcomes.
  • Lead change to position the therapy team to successfully and safely respond to changes in the disability sector
  • Support the achievement of a high quality, financially sustainable service
About you:
  • You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen
  • You are committed to family and person centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation
  • You are an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Psychologist or a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
  • Have relevant experience in disability and/or paediatrics
  • Have a driver's licence and your own car
