Time Out Learning Centre is a Not-For-Profit Association helping children with learning difficulties to reach their full potential,
We are seeking a confident and competent front of house professional for a full time position with our small team. Specifically we require a proven and experienced administration/reception professional to ensure the smooth running of the office including outstanding skills and understanding of MYOB.
Successful applicants will have:

  • A high level of MYOB data entry, and processing in Sales, Accounts, Card File, accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, bank reconciliation and reporting, analysis of discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
  • Excellent customer liaison skills.
  • Strong administration and exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and meet daily deadlines.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated nature and able to work independently and as part of a team.
