As a Training & Quality Consultant you will be responsible for the compliance checking of frontline staff within Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank, this includes but is not limited to: Member Contact Cent
re, Member Service Centres (Branches), Lending, Insurance, Transaction Operations, Membership, and the Customer Relations  team. You will report to the Team Leader of the Training & Quality Team within the Sales and Service department.
Roles and Responsibilities
·         Delivery of training for new & existing staff – Hawthorn East & Moonee Ponds locations
·         Development and maintenance of training materials as required.
·         Co-ordination & provision of training for frontline staff and other departments as required.
·         Educating staff with respect to compliance, product knowledge and processes.
·         Develop and update processes and procedure documentation as required.
·         Conduct Needs Based Analysis' and identify gaps in training and compliance for all relevant teams.
·         Maintaining relevant training registers, while monitoring required training hours of Sales & Service staff.
·         Complete compliance for frontline staff and other departments as required.
·         Complete call quality coaching checks for frontline staff and other departments as required
·         Report compliance breaches, when discovered, to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
·         Assistance with training & compliance changes related to projects / initiatives
·         Any other duties as requested by Team Leader
Ideally you will possess the following:
A positive and professional manner and the ability to successfully collaborate with third parties, managers, supervisors and staff throughout the Mutual Bank to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business.  Experience in Financial Services or Contact Centres is preferred.
The position will be permanent Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
