Our Primary Freight team based at Yennora, provide a streamlined transport service from our vendor/supplier facilities to our Woolworths Distribution Centres across Australia. Our Customer Support team are dedicated to providing the best service to our vendors, transport partners and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

This role is suited to a solutions based customer service crusader. It is so much more than just order taking, our team can overcome obstacles, think outside the square, and drive results.  

A typical day will see you:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and orders via phone and e-mail
  • Investigating returns and stock that is lost/damaged in transit
  • Work within our systems (SAP/ Salesforce) to manage customer outcomes
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager
  • Communicating with vendors, carriers and key internal stakeholders
  • Prepare claims letters for carriers and investigating vendor claims
  • Weekly reporting on the team KPI’s/Results

 
About You

We’re looking for our next superstar with the following experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in a Customer Service environment, where problem solving, prioritisation, adaptability and innovation are used everyday
  • Demonstrate experience managing relationships with multiple key stakeholders
  • Experience in learning and using computer systems and the ability to adapt and learn quickly
